LEVRONE'S TRAINING...

I'd be interested in hearing more about Levrone's training. I have to wonder, could limiting frequency to direct shoulder training possibly benefit the genetically average? Maybe Levrone was onto something here... Lately I've found that my shoulders are always aching, and I have to think that it's because of the overlap of chest and shoulder training. I've tried training chest/shoulders together, but it was just too much in one workout. Any thoughts?

I dunno bro. I pound my delts hard all the time and they are one of my best bodyparts.

Guess everyone responds differently. Might be something I'll just have to experiement with.

Lats, if you're ever in the area, let me know. We'll try to do some damage!

I'm down with the Maryland Day idea. That sounds like a plan.
Hey, You boys are welcome to come to Australia and try and break some shit at my gym. I own a lifters gym where you are encouraged to overload the stacks every chance you get. I have attachments to add 20kg plates to all the stacks. Lots of iron to play with!! It's a real gym. I have had the pleasure of visiting gyms while travelling and yes, have busted more than one machine at more than one gym. Come on down guys, The beers on me when were done!!!

My shoulders used to ache constantly, until I stopped doing front delt iso work and spaced my chest/shoulder days farther apart, but on shoulder day I hammer em hard with barbell/dumbell presses and then lots of side laterals, and they have grown a lot. I love pounding my delts!:D

Let's go bros!

Hey oldfella thanks for the invite. Everyone that I know that has been to or lived in Australia has said that they loved it would return often. I say a bunch of us go over and get Big A and go to oldfella's gym , workout hard, then go to Outback Steakhouse ( I love that place) lol ,then get drunk !:D

I like training delts too, and they are one of my better features. But progress lately has been non existant and I've tried different workouts, volumes, times, etc. The only thing I haven't tried was giving up working delts regularly. Heck, I'm thinking of just adding side laterals and training them with chest/tris. Gonna try it for a bit and see...
