Liposuction vs Tummy tuck?

My freind just came back from the plastic surgern and got quite a shock. The doctor told him that his stomach fat was loose and could not be lipoed out. Is this true? What the heck is a tummy tuck anyway?He a tall guy like me and he had a good diet. With gh,dnp and other stuff, he was able to take his waist from 45 down to 37. HE would be ripped at 34. Thats only 3 inches he would need sucked out. He is kind of soft around but I dont think he really needs this? ANy input?

If he cant get any futher along on fat loss, and he has the money and time to get the surgery why not. They have procedures now with minimal down time, and amazing results. I think a 3-6 month diet would work wonders for him, hardcore. Or for 1/5 - 1/4 of the surgery he could deffintely do 2-3 months of gh.

the difference with the tummy tuck vs. the lypo is that the tummy tuck removes skin. the lypo just sucks out fat. so with the tummy tuck two cuts are made and a new line is made because actual skin gets discarded. my wife got it done after having two children and lots of excess skin and stretch marks. her belly button had to be "made" since the original was removed. there is no feeling there.
