Liquid beef aminos

Everyone here seems to be a fan of these. I was wondering if the taste is good and more than anything what you guys use them on. Other than adding them to your protein shakes, do you add them to rice, oats etc...?

i do not mix them with anything i swig from the bottle like a drunken sailor.

A lot of people use it on their greek yogurt. The new maple syrup one can be used on pancakes and waffles

Versatile

Use them in all sorts of different ways.
-- meal replacement w/ some fats
-- protein supplement instead of (or in addition to) whey
-- just pour on cereal, ice cream, etc. to add protein

Very tasty. Vanilla is my favorite, but I haven't tried maple yet.

It's my first time trying LBAs, I bought the chocolate, and it's too sweet for me. You guys have any advice on what I should do with it? Just mix it with water and it's gtg?

Try the chocolate in coffee (if you're a coffee drinker)- I know it's very sweet but it's the one flavor of LBAs that I just chug from the bottle with a water chaser.

I get the unsweetened vanilla flavor. Mixed with LBA's it taste just like chocolate milk

I just stick with chocolate but have some of the maple syrup ones en route right now. I use them on pancakes, yogurt, add to shakes, rice, cereals, oatmeal, cream of wheat, or just sip out of the bottle between meals.

if i do that my wife or her "friend" will be the only 2 who get any protein...unless i sip on it in the corner

but definitly want to get me some LBA's for my upcoming research project :headbang:
