Long time no see

Hey everybody, long time no post so I figured now is as good a time as any to get back on the board for a little fun. I also wanted to let everyone know that my surgery was a complete success and tomorrow is my first day back in the gym moving as much weight as I want. The Dr gave me about ten days of moderate weight training and has officially given me the green light to get back to blasting my log book. I'll be opening up the offseason with LEGS of course and can't wait to hobble around all weekend in pain.

It's great to be back in the gym and on the board. As always I am greatful to be a part of it and very happy to come back and see that Massive G is ourt very deserving featured member. Hope all is well with everyone here.

Miss seeing you around the gym. Sadly I had to quit training people because House of Fitness has been so busy that I just don't have time. I hope you are doing well and I know you are kicking ass in the gym.

sounds great bro! hernia surgery would scare the shit out of me, don't know why, but I guess any surgery would scare me since ive never had one. glad your back to training dusty, any plans for a show??
