Ate absolutely anything I wanted at all times, anything...Small framed, so more just road-mapped me. Hands and wrists are shot...Most comfortable now when clenched in tight fists!

Was wasted on someone like me who never stayed consistent with anything other then training during that time...Did it because I was young, had access at cost to shit guys are paying over $200/kit for (which it made it more enticing for me to be able to use 3-5x what others guys were using during that time for pennies per iu) and loved the fact I didn't have to diet and still keep abs...All stupid fucking reasons that did nothing but probably fuck my body up more then it already would have been to this point!

what was your bf before you started gh use and what did it end up at before you stopped using it? i'm curious as to how long and how dramatic the effect was for the fatloss (ie "went from blurry abs to shred in 4 months").

15 years awesome. Im 53 im 3 months in at 3 ius everyday,first run ever with gh. My fasting BG always hovered around 101 now with the gh its at 112 and this is on 1500 a day of beberine. Well got some Metformin from one of our sponsors here,Clearsky they are great get all my meds from them. 250mg of Met morning and night and i be damned if my fasting BG is now at 91 every morning.

Your lucky being able to have such a great effect at such a low dose.

I usually start with 1000mg of metformin ed and depending how well it works I might add berberine 500mg 3x/day. When cutting it's much easier to control. But this last time while attempting to gain weight to go up a weight class I destroyed myself with GHRP-6 and eating meals in excess if 2k calories. My BG wouldn't budge until I raised metformin to 1000mg 2x/day.

Hey great yes Clearsky. I understand ghrp and the larger meals. Yea im lucky on such a low dose i know the norm is 1000 a day,,we will see how long this works i might have to up my dose too,,this is my very first time using Met,,not sure if you build a tolerance to it or not.

Most I ever used during a run is 6iu's/day with completely numb hands and forearms to the point of not feeling them at all. Stints have been year round to 6 months at a go to up to 6 months off. At this point in my life I'm happy with 2-3iu's/day for longevity and health reasons.

Now I 'll add in MK once or twice a week.
Just starting My 1st run with Pharma Sero's for the Summer!
2 -4 a day should be Plenty!

Nah, the only bad side effect I’ve noticed is the gaps between my teeth are a bit wider.

Maybe that's it..maybe the bloating people ard gettinv is glucose spiking.
