Rajjin your a true friend,but I would also like to thank everyone who voted and everyone who defended me in the syntherol thread.Alot of the haters think they know me,but they know shit.I work hard for everything I have,including my bodybuilding.It feels great that you guys recognize that.My body has improved alot over the years but I promise all of you the best is yet to come.You may even see a pic of the wheels soon,my motivation to improve is at its highest,and I will do what I have to do.

I will say this,my will to succeed is very high.But its boards like this one,the UG etc that I owe alot too.From training info,diet,sources,whatever the case may be 99.9% of my knowledge comes from you guys.Thats why I come to the boards.And being a vet and mod now,I have to give back.That is why I never hesitate to help any of you.I may not know everything,but I do know some things,and if ever anyone needs me,I am always available.Don't let the baldnazi name fool you.Yea,I can be a nasty motherfucker when I have to be,but those of you who know me for quite awhile now,know that I am a gentleman and will show respect to ANYONE who shows it in return.I don't give a fuck if your a green pygmy from Mars,you have my respect until Im shown otherwise.

Shit,if me and that prettyboy Vander can get along,then I can get along with anyone.We have pissed each other off many times,especially recently,but in the end we are both looking for the same thing.More muscle,more money,more sex,etc etc.

You deserve to be up there brother.You look fantastic.But you know what, I don't plan on ever competing so let some of the regular gym dudes like me
win something once in awhile huh,LOL.
