Lose Bodyfat Without Weights - Syntheselen/Synthetine

I am looking to lose some body fat, but I have an elbow injury and can't work out right now. I can, however, do cardio. I have Syntheselen and Synthetine. If I am only doing cardio would it be better to just take one of these or both of them.

There are still plenty of leg and abdominal machines you can use. Regardless I personally would not use them unless I was weight training. What kind of elbow injury did you have and how long are you out for?

Lateral Epicondylitis

I have Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). I got a cortisone shot in my elbow on Friday. They are trying to keep me playing in a tennis tourn I have in two weeks, so I am out this week and will try to hit on Saturday. My arm will be re-evaluated after the tourn.

Yes, Thanks, I've gone to the stickies, done searches, etc on the Synthetine/Synthelesen. The Synthetine is just L-carnitine, so wouldn't that be good to take if I'm doing cardio?

Both of them have nothing to do with weight training. If you diet and do cardio they will be just as effective at fat loss as if you were doing weights too.

I am thinking of doing synthetine and syntheselen myself. Actually I am beyond that point and looking at two bottles next to my laptop. what is holding me back, I weigh 245lb, and the idea of 4cc of each (1ml for every 55lbs of weight) is holding me back. Any suggestions or inputs..

it dissipates very quickly once injected and you can use a very small gage needle. so what is holding you back?
