Accidentally mixed up eq with deca. May have been doing this a lil while. Been feeling high anxiety so maybe that was it.

Sex drive low... Rubbed estrogen cream on chest, a couple hours later big mood improvement. Sex drive back and cognitive enhancement.
 
The estrogen seems to make me more helpful to others. Aggressive toward others as well. Provided estrogen can help with joints. If done again would be best to use only a small amount of cream. Dbol converts to a potent methyl estrogen so this may solve it. From what understood deca needs to be a gram for it to cause some kind of estrogen for joints to even be normalish.

Started taking 10 mgs rosuvastatin, along with a high potency milk thistle , taurine 2-4 g's, and tudca first thing before cardio. If stomach is unsettled, its l glutamine 5 g's instead of taurine.

Did hacks and knees not feeling it, esp when going deep . Not worth it to push through the pain and walk like a gimp for a few days to a week.

Already feeling calmer, from deca. Awesome how hormones can changes one mood. Good doses of eq does seem to cause anxiety.

300 mgs deca, 20 mgs dbol Deca seems to give face a more wider, fuller appearance than eq or maybe the dbol. Anxiety has lessened and dont think ill use eq for a while since that seemed to be a trigger. Of course work stress, and such, but yes, eq seems to contribute , at this point in my life. May send it in for testing to janoshik

Quads, hams, adductors. Ten sets Killed it. Close to every exercise was taken close to or to failure, except adductors but did them hard. Leg extensions, seated ham curls, and adductor machine, choosing best machines where feeling it. Legs are super sore, definitely put some muscle in them.

Hacks after doing these a few weeks , knees were way too sore a few days after, simply not able to do what I once did.

Nutrition . On point. 6-7 meals . no carbs first two meals 50 carbs , next three. 50 g protein every meal

10 mgs dbol is okay. Not feeling like bone on bone, which eq seemed to cause. Joints feel better on 20 mgs so does sex drive. Sex drive has been good on 10 mgs , so if it changes will report it..

biceps, tricpes, forearms 4=6 sets...enough that they were flooded wioth blood. Last set on biceps, whch bodypart could use improvements, triple drop set. UUse occulsion bands, first few sets.

Nutrition clean, protein and more fats. When slin isnt used eat ore fats, which I think are important , esp when not getting ready for comeptition. m Body craves extras fats , and they are enjoyable, when able to, for physique goals

Cardio 40 mins. More importantly, it was, long slow state cardio. It was getting vo2 max up, which is important . I try to keep it up like this twice a week.

-When using oral aas, lots of veggies pretty, are usually enough. If so use Tudca , do it short term, bc Tudca , and udcA, for too long, can harm liver.
-Long esters testosterone theory on hair safe compounds
- halo and mtren hair safe ?

The insulin I don't buy. I think shorter acting humalog or r type around resistance exercise, is optimal.

Chest and back . Focused on form. Strength good on pressing movements.

nutrition: seven meals 35-60 g protein a meal, depending if that meal is zero carbs and fat,more protein, or more carbs means less protein. Lots of luecine esp intra and post resistance exercise.

*Body cns feels tired. Just mentally tired feeling. May take a day off , been a couple weeks since have but usually dont train with this much volume, and resistance load on each muscle, overall is up, as ultilizing intensity techniques like rest pause, drop sets, making sure to go to full failure. No more than two more weeks training like this , and will take at least a week break, maybe two, even three, to reduce mgs dosage, reduce intensity techniques (still train hard), and im thinking reduce protein and calories . Thts the plan, after two more weeks of training like this. Have definately put on muscle. Will try and get video of bodybuilding poses after two weeks or so is up.
