ok - I am training in the offseason right now gaining while staying lean- my question is if i eat 3700 cals on a high day which is a cardio and training day( 3x a week) and 3000 cals on a low day which is a cardio only day( 1x a week) ---how many cals should i eat on a training only day with no cardio- these happen to be three days of my week ( they are a chest day/ a back day/ and an arms day)--what do you reccomend? Please advise!!
