I have recently switched my routine to more of a low volume workout. I have made some good progress in a very short period of time, especially in strenght.
However, I think i could be doing my shoulder workout better.
I was wondering how those of you that following HIT routines, Doggcrap's program or any low volume routine do your work set. For shoulders i just don't feel i taxed the muscle enough off a straight set. I sometimes do drop sets and rest pause sets but don't know if this should be done every workout or every other or what not.
for shoulder press. I normally perform 3 light but ascending warmups and then one all out workout set.
