How is your training for those who have had a shoulder prosthesis? After 3 years I still have trouble finding the right training, too heavy is not possible and too many repetitions ignite the shoulder

Man, I figured once you have this done anything heavy is completely out of the question.

If ever I find myself in your shoes I’d focus solely on my mind muscle connection. Moderate weight, slow super controlled reps, focus on really squeezing the muscle through every rep with pauses at peak contractions.

Curious to hear what did the surgeon say abt returning to weightlifting after replacing the joint?

I had this talk with Dave tate a few years ago when I was rehabbing with Matt wenning..they both said the same thing..knee and hip replacements you can come back good as new..but the shoulder replacements aren’t quite there yet..you can still get pretty good though.

I have no personal experience with shoulder replacements though..but those two who are in that world of rehabbing and Dave who’s Frankenstein at this point seem to believe that.
