lower back cramping??

I have been having the worst cramping when i run or do squats. My lower back just tightens so bad i can hardly move. I truly believe it is the juice because when i come off it seems to go away. Right now i am only using dbol and test suspension and wonder if it is just one of those that is causing this, maybe i can switch to something else. Anyone have anything that can help??? I would truly appreciate any ideas!!
 
I get cramps worse than fina on d-bol. So - my guess would be that it's from the d-bol. I've tried taking EVERYTHING (well, almost) from high doses of taurine, potassium, vitamin C to no avail. I believe that it was billygman from gotfina who said that you need to take at least 1200mg magnesium ED, broken into 3 doses throughout the day. This seemed to help get rid of cramps.

i have read numerous times on several posts around the web
that dbol causes cramping in the lower back.
hope this helps you locate your cramping prob.

Would anadrol have the same effects?? I was thinking about using A's instead of D's. I'll give it a try and let yall know!!
 
I'm going to pick up some magnesium because these cramps are ridiculous. They just started last Thurs. after about 10 days and have been constant. Hopefully it will help out some...

Def. the D-bol! My lower back feels like a giant knot during my training while I'm on D-bol. I just slow the pace down a bit and try not to think about it. Stretch it out a little thru the training session.
 
I get the exact thing. On 50 mg dbol I cannot squat because the lower back cramping is unbearable. For me I have found that dropping down to 35 mg daily has alleviated this
