Maldorf is an incredible man. His thread about his heart attack has inspired so many of us to take the safety path of precaution when it comes to doing the stuff that we do. Make me wonder how many lives he has saved by posting on here and giving his sincere advices to so many of us in so many threads..especially when a thread about health or safety issues comes up..Maldorf is the first man on scene to give his best advice. God bless that man.
Whenever I get tempted to up the ante on the supplements and all..I always reread his threads and tell myself that health comes first and that health is true wealth and not muscles and how much you can lift because we need health to enjoy life. We only have one body and have to make the most of it and be smart about what we do so we can be healthy, God willing.
Brother..may you have an incredible recovery and get strong and healthy quickly. I am sure that you are going to spend a good time with family after all of this and enjoy all of the things in life that we all take for granted.
