Interesting.
Wondered what happened to Mark and Christina, kinda fell outta touch with them over the years good to see he hasn't changed much-still a great guy helping people out.

John (Meadows) should get a cut of all the grass fed beef sales LOL.

I ate a ton of it when out in Nebraska back in July, and recently found a good source of it at the State Farmer's Market and bought 65 lbs of ground beef.

I'll never touch regular lean beef again.

Mark looks very good should be an interesting showdown between the 202's got some real monsters in that division no matter what the scale says Kevin English and Dave Henry are no joke and Mark is looking thick and ripped.

I noticed that Cutler is on the organic meats only now too. John certainly up to something.

not to hijack the thread, but how much per pound do you all pay for grass fed beef?

There is a farm near me that sells grass fed ground beef for $6.50/lb.

is that reasonable?

Prices are going to vary by area but that's more than I have seen at Whole Foods. The closest farm to me is 4.49/lb for small orders and if you can buy in bulk it goes down considerably. 90% ground beef

US Wellness Meats sells 75% lean grassfed for $4.97 per pound if you subscribe to their email list and find the 15% discount word in the article text, it's an easy 15% trust me.

Mainly corn.
Don't forget soybeans. Government subsidies are the lifeblood of factory farming. Soybeans are toxic, too. How greedy and malicious can our government get?

You serious? mostly corn. which makes them sick
Oh it's cool they'll just pump 'em full of antibiotics. You'll never notice the difference.

during the last few months of their life they are forcefed high amounts of corn to fatten them up

and there's a huge difference between a midwest cattle farm, and a huge cattle factory in the middle of nowhere looking to mass produce
