As the title suggest, which one would be better for hardening up? With diet in check and fasted a.m. cardio 3-5 times per week which of the two would provide better results? I am currently 272 lb at 6'5", using body fat calipers my bf% is 10. I'm just coming off of a 10 week lean bulk and now I would really like to tighten things up over the course of the next 10 weeks. I have both mast and primo on hand, just not sure which to use. I plan on taking around 500mg of test per week for a base. Just looking for some positive feedback and suggestions.
