Yeah, I remember him. Another member posted that same link I think awhile back. Anyways, he's full of it. I think a lot of top level amateurs and pros lie about their diet and training because of their egos. It seems like they don't want to give their so called "secrets" away for maximum growth, when in reality there is no secret. :rolleyes: I understand why they would lie about their AAS usage, but c'mon diet and training?! Please.

Guys its all genetics.

I knew People that EAT LIKE SHIT and very little(Im talking eating Candy bars , fried chicken etc...) and they put on Muscle and stay ripped.

Its all about genetics really, hes black and probally have some jamaican background.

Can you guys see the Ressemblance with Dexter Jackson, look at his waist, Look how ronny coleman look and Shawn Ray and darrem charles.

They have a Similar Build that look like its powerful with Very Small waist and Compact Muscle look, To me its no wonder where those genetics came from , a large pool of black people have that specific Genetic Type Body.

Alot of Black people Eat Rice and Beans(Green,Lentils)(as part of their diet) and Chicken.Dried Bananas too.

Shit i have some friends that are exaclty like this.

Alot of them seem to start very lean and stay that way.

Very little Fat and Not alot of Red meat.

I knew a guy that was a running back in college football at my school. He was just like that. He barely ate anything, and ate like crap. Candy bars,chips etc. He was cut all of the time with striations and veins poping out everywhere. He had 19 inch plus arms lean and was quite strong in the gym too. Never really trained serously and was fast enough to be looked at for the pros. He had some injury problems though and I dont think he ever made it. Think he might have gone to Italy to play ball there. A lot of the guys went to Europe.

Let me put it this way. Explain to me how he burns more energy than he puts into his body everyday and manages somehow to still create muscle from a resource that is completely depleted, thusly defying the second law of thermodynamics and now creating his own form of energy from a 'magical' source.

Do you know who paul dillet is? Do you know what he ate at his biggest? Look it up.

I had a friend growin up. One summer we decided we were going to start training. Everynight we ran 2 miles and then did 50 pullups and 50 push ups a night. We would do abs when we got home and then do like 40 more push ups later that night after getting blunted up. we never increased our runs, pushups, pullups, or situps. His diet consisted of cheerios and Ghetto Kool Aid. Thats about it. At the end of the summer he was SO MUCH bigger than me. His arms went from 15 to 17 inches. His shoulders were so wide...and he didn't even train them. He had a full six pack. It was amazing. How did I look, just about the same as I had 3 months prior.
 
I absolutely agree that genetics is a big factor for some of these guys being able to stay ripped and add on a lot of lean muscle. However, eating just one meal a day consisting of rice and beans like max charles says he does is ridiculous and very hard to believe. I always thought you had to have a surplus of calories in order to grow.

Logic and laws do not apply to the human body at all!!! Not only is this possible, but I have seen it more times than I care to count. It also goes the other way. i.e. I have trained women who eat less calories in a day than they expend from merely doing cardio, and they still fail to lose weight. Somehow, their body ends up holding on for dear life to what they have. It leaves me, and them scratching our heads in disbelief. It's genetics, pure and simple...and to some extent, what you did to yourself as far as fat storage, and eating in your childhood.

This Charles Max is full of shit. He also claims to do preacher curls with 390#. Someone offered to pay him like 10K if he did it and he never did. Dave P. was suppose to film it.

Some people have better Insulin Sensitivy than you will ever have, The ratio from muscle to Fat mass is minimal.

its like everything they eat goes into Building more muscle, Their body Can go Days without Eating nothing and KEEPING muscle, They have Elevetated High Natural GH. Look at some black people most of them look young even when their are older.

Why do you think all those black slaves Survive when white men Fed them with only Carbohydrates source... No fats and no Animal protein source... Look how their Bodies Were VERY lean and Muscular without any fat at all... Its all The Genetic Background that seperate People.

Look at the strongest man, All those Poland,Russian,German All vikings, they look like vikings... Its the Genetic Background, Feed them Animal protein With good Fats and They will Be Strong and muscular...

From childhood i had alot of BlackFriends, Most Were Eating always the same thing Chicken,Rice,beans(lentils) and Some Dried Bananas ALL week Long. They always stayed lean and Muscular.

Around my corner of the world, I see WAY MORE FAT white people than Black people.

Think about it, Most white people have more Money Usually and Better job So thats means THAT they usually EAT MORE than Black people.

Did you ever See A RICH BLACK GUY? SEE WHAT HAPPENS, he get Fat because he eat way too much and hes not Eating the RIGHT FOOD FOR HIS GENETICS.

They say when your Insulin is low = GH is High and your Burning Fat.

So the less you eat, The more your GH is High to an Extent and the more your burn Fat.

Remember Protein rise insulin too not just carbohydrates.

BUT Look how they look compare to Black people... They look Fat and bloated, Most black people are Lean and muscular, You need To Observe Past the Training and Fitness, look into REAL WORLD reality.

What if you constaly Eat and That Black Guy who eat 2 TIMES full 2 good meal per day ASSIMILATE the meals Way better than yourself, and From long time hes not eating between = High GH.

Its not HOW MUCH you eat but HOW MUCH YOU ASSIMILATE THE FOOD THAT ENTER YOUR SYSTEM.

You Must Find the RIGHT FOOD for YOUR GENETICS and the right amounts.

Im with chrysler on this one.. although i do think there is ALOT to sticking to what your ethnicity has eaten for centuries. This genetics thing always gets tossed around a little too freely imo.. take for instance the fattest man in the world.. are you gonna tell me i could never be that fat because of my genetics?? Well hell why dont we hear any "stories" about some guy who ate very well and exercised and just got soo fat he couldnt move..

i believe it has alot to do with alot of BB but not to the extent that some like to believe, otherwise we wouldnt have "target areas" to improve cuz we could just say its not in my genetics...
