This meal plan is what I used thel ast time I got serious about my diet for some tryouts. I have more coming u and need to be in great shape. Was curious to see what ya'll think about the changes. The first plan worked as I was clean and went from [email protected]% to [email protected]% I'd eat every 3 hrs and rotate these 4 meals.
1: 3 whole eggs, 6 whites, 3.25 oz banana, 14 oz ff milk, 1.25 cup oatmeal
2: 2 slc 7 grain bread, 3.25oz ff american chz, .75tbsp mayo lite, 6.5 oz lean turkey, 2 skinless apples
3: 6.5oz sirloin, 3.5oz broccoli, .75 cup unswtnd apllesauce, about 8oz swt potato
4: whey protein with banana, ff milk, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter
This is the new idea
1: 2 whole eggs, 7 whites, 1.25 oats, 1 banana
2: 2 slc 7 grain 8oz lean turkey, .75tbsp mayo lite, 2 apples
3: protein drink 2 tbsp natural pb, banana
4: 8oz sirloin, 8oz sweet potato, 3-4oz broccoli, .75 cup unswtnd apple sauce
5: 6oz beef & 6oz chix/ or 2 cans tuna (instead of chix)
6: chix breast & tuna, 3 egg whites, green beans/broccoli
I'm taking out the dairy as I believe it adds alot to the thickness of my skin and not sure about certain health issues in the long run.
This isn't designed in regards to walking around like a bb'r. I have to be ready for tryouts and the up coming season.
Gear usage over the last three years has been almost non existant. This is the idea:4on2off
4weeks on: 50mg suspension ed, 37.5mg fina ed and during wks 2&3 of the blast 37mg Anadrol.
2weeks off: 299mg cyp, hcg, clomid, and maybe some arimidex
4on: 50mg prop ed, 37.5mg fina ed, 20-30mg winny
2off: same as before
4on: 50mg prop, 25mg anavar, clen
off: 4wks of cyp 200mg
I'll also run 200mg deca from the first cruise through the second cruise which will be about 8 weeks. This is just for an added boost on the joints.
figure out the rest when I get to that point. Thinking about running GH throughout at 4iu eod. I had good fat burning results like this before and I can stretch a kit out.
