I received my pack yesterday and pinned 1ml of the Anomass400 last night.Anomass is a blend of test e,tren e and bold und.Prior to this I have been using only 125mg/week of test cyp(old Aurumrx) and barely training.The oil is thin and I drew it out of the bottle with a 27 gauge slin pin and used the same pin to shoot in my shoulder.No pip at all,12 hours later.My starting weight is 180pounds.I plan on using just 2mls per week.1ml Monday and 1ml Thursday.

I haven’t trained much the past 9 months,I needed some motivation to get back into it and this log for Viking will be my motivation.I am 47 years old ,about 5’6” tall and weigh 180 pounds which is real small for me .I am usually around 200 pounds but shit happens and I am looking forward to getting back to where I was and add stay somewhat healthy while doing so

I am going to be training 3 times per week for now until I feel I can handle a 2on 1off routine.
Mon- Back/bis
Wed-legs/abs
Fri-chest/shoulders/tris
I will do some cardio(treadmill or elliptical) 2-3 times per week for now as well

I tossed and turned all night ,trensomnia has officially started. I shot 1ml in my quad this morning before the gym.
4 sets assisted pull ups
4 sets wide grip rows
4 sets seated cable pull downs
3 sets dumbbell curls
3 sets machine preacher curls
After workout shake with 2 scoops TN whey isolate,6 tbsp liquid egg whites,1 cup oats,1 cup blueberries and 1tbsp coconut oil

Yesterday just did some cardio,20 minutes on the treadmill. This morning was chest,shoulders,tri’s
4 incline bench on smith machine
4 cable fly’s
2 seated machine press
4 seated military press on smith
4 upright rows
3 cable rope extensions
3 tricep pull down

Trained legs today
5 sets leg press
4 sets hack squats
3 calf machine
20 minutes on elliptical

I am just using viva labs krill oil ,my bloodwork a couple of weeks ago had my HDL in the mid 70’s and LDL around 117 if I remember correctly.I will do bloodwork in about 4 more weeks and see what changes I need to make.I do have some pravastatin but I rather not use statins

I was going to just train 3 days/week for now mon,wed,fri .I was feeling great this morning so I trained a day earlier,so if I can keep this up it I will be training 4 days per week
4 wide grip pull downs
4 seated rows on hammer strength
4 seated cable close grip rows
3 barbell curls
3 machine curls

How's the insomnia been? Some melatonin and valerian root usually help me out with the trensomnia...

The insomnia has been pretty bad considering I am only using 200mg/weeek of tren.I will definitely try the melatonin and valerian root.I use Benadryl for emergencies but i wake up groggy and almost hungover which sucks because I train fist thing in the morning

I'm a life long insomniac, and tren, especially at the end of my last prep had me just completely miserable. Valerian root and melatonin help in most instances along with a little GABA, but on the advice of a few other competitor friends I also started using a CBD oil, and honestly, for the first time in my life I've had decent sleep and I'm not waking up super groggy. I actually feel rested. PM if you want to know which one I've found works best. Definitely worth a shot if the insomnia continues.

I was going to do the treadmill but my legs are still a little jacked up from the last leg workout.No big deal,today is rest.Had some leftovers,coconut curry chicken
