your confusing the purpose of the carb up or re-feed.
it's not to help you get into ketosis faster. It's going to take you out of ketosis (if you do an actual refeed of carbs like most do).
hint: one good thing about fruit is it refills glycogen stores, and good source of micro nutrients you might not of getting from the prot/fat sources during the diet. Also it will help the acid/base displacement the keto places on your system.
And you should never go out of your way to drink pasteurized milk.
