Cow milk or nothing for me. Growing up with fresh milk straight from the cow leaves me not being able to get into any other kinds. I've tried, always back to cow milk in a quick fashion.
I agree bro. I didn't grow up on a farm, but right next to one and all I had was real raw milk for the majority of my childhood.
Its interesting as I have got older and see how many countries are pasteurizing their milk now. Kinda sad. I have been fortunate to find a local farm co-op that you can buy the raw milk from. Its SO good, and So much better the even the most expensive milk you can find at Whole Foods.
Ive read the literature about how humans are not meant to drink cows milk, but short of getting on my gals tit when she's lactating I dont know how anyone would be able to drink real mothers milk? lol..
The difference I can see in my own body from the raw milk to the pasteurized is nothing short of extraordinary. I dont get flem, or any other kind of milk allergic reaction that I seem to get from pasteurized milk.
