Milk?

Cow milk or nothing for me. Growing up with fresh milk straight from the cow leaves me not being able to get into any other kinds. I've tried, always back to cow milk in a quick fashion.

I agree bro. I didn't grow up on a farm, but right next to one and all I had was real raw milk for the majority of my childhood.

Its interesting as I have got older and see how many countries are pasteurizing their milk now. Kinda sad. I have been fortunate to find a local farm co-op that you can buy the raw milk from. Its SO good, and So much better the even the most expensive milk you can find at Whole Foods.

Ive read the literature about how humans are not meant to drink cows milk, but short of getting on my gals tit when she's lactating I dont know how anyone would be able to drink real mothers milk? lol..

The difference I can see in my own body from the raw milk to the pasteurized is nothing short of extraordinary. I dont get flem, or any other kind of milk allergic reaction that I seem to get from pasteurized milk.

If they had it near me I'd take it. But Fairlife is my staple. I absolutely love it and fat free tastes like 2% and 2% tastes like whole. Fairlife all day everyday, esp when on liquid only diet!*

While goats milk (and sheep) are more easily assimilated by the digestive system, theres little physical need for any sort of milk once weaned. The enzymes needed to digest it last through the time period where milk is necessary for growth of an infant, then wane.

Cows milk is much cheaper, and more mass-produced... but at what true cost? The dairy industry is known for production, but seldom for health and welfare of the animal. Cows loaded up with GMO feed, dosed regularly with antibiotics, drugs and hormones, and kept pregnant to the point of illness. This goes into the making of what goes into the jug. Most people want what they want, and want it cheap. Little thought goes into the actual quality, or by what means. Quality food into our bodies, is what produces quality results and health

It looks to me like it's become another candidate for the overpriced gourmet health food market.
