I here though that during his run in the NFL his Kness took a beating

Rajjin-I moved this here, because I don't want to mess with JBombs page. Ben played in the XFL and a little in Europe, he also went to camp with Atlanta. His legs are a weakness because of his back, but he did a show last year and won the novice overall and got second in his class to the eventual overall winner.

I saw him at about 4.5 weeks out and he was looking huge, wide, and lean and he was competing as of then. He does a little Personal Training right now.

Who else is attending the MO on Aug 6?

When Big Bens next show? He seems to know his shit also. I used to buy a shit load of supplements from him. Now since he quit the store I don't get the same discount anymore. I had two friends that worked there, but they both quit.

Who's all guest posing this here? You are talking about the show here in Springfield right? The one Ronnie Coleman was at last year. Big Ben handed alot of the awards out last year. Man he towered over all of them.

I heard the other day that Ronnie will be at the Mo. state show. Should be a good show. My girlfriend will be competing in the womens masters 35+ and the womens open.
