more advice on cardio for fatloss please

i'm 5'10, 185lbs. i'm 44. trying to figure out how to maximize cardio for fatloss. my diet and training is pretty sound. i've been doing cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach 4-5 times a week. sometimes i do low intensity and other times i do HIT. low intensity for 45mins and HIT for 30.

i'm don't want to lose muscle or bodyweight. i just want to try and get my bodyfat down. i've been taking 100mg of Test E once a week for 5 weeks and have just started 200mg for my 6th week.
 
Stick with low intensity cardio for 45 mins on an empty stomach. In the long run this will be better!
 
If you diet is clean, your doing cardo and weight training like you mentioned above then the only thing is time and patients. That's the hardest part because we always want to see results now. I'm the worst!

keep that protein intake high, watch out for carbs past 5pm, eat an hr before u workout. no need to work out on an empty stomach. after your last meal of the day hit that cardio machine up for 30-60 min 4-5x weeks. like oldfella said keep it low intensity, but keep that hr up, walk on that treadmill like its your job and eat clean.
