i'm 5'10, 185lbs. i'm 44. trying to figure out how to maximize cardio for fatloss. my diet and training is pretty sound. i've been doing cardio in the mornings on an empty stomach 4-5 times a week. sometimes i do low intensity and other times i do HIT. low intensity for 45mins and HIT for 30.
