To the mods if this is not the right place to post this or if im in the wrong according to the board rules just delete it.
with that being said.....
for the first time in my bodybuilding career i have changed things up in the way i take my supplements. for years i would run higher doses of test and deca and dbol etc. to achieve the desired results that i was looking for. well after doing alot of reading on this board by some of the pros on here i finally decided to try and do my next cycle different with the mind set that more is not better. let me explain.....
right now i am running 6iu's a day of hgh, 250mg a week in enth, and 50mg of winny depot every other day.
i have been doing this now going into my 4th week after taking nearly 6 full months off. my weight started at 221 with bodyfat being abt 11%. i was really lean and looked good with the shirt off but horrible when a shirt was on. ( you guys know what im talking about....not looking full while in your clothes)
i just weighed myself last night and i am now 233 still lean as if i were 221. i have the same pump the same strength as if i were doing my supplements the way i use to.
the reason i am wanting to share this with everyone is as someone who has been doing this for over 12 years i want people to know that truely MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!! esp for all the newbies out there who dont take the time to do some research!!!!
