wow another useless study saying vitamins dont prevent cancer. WHO SAYS THEY PREVENT CANCER? they are a supplement to food, food that because of all the processing might be deviod of nutrients. vitamins aren't magic cures, they merely allow the body to function as nature intended it to do, not magically cure cancer.

i could say that the woman in that 8 year study who took vitamins also drank some water. they had the same cancer rates as other woman, does this somehow prove water to be useless? water doesnt prevent cancer, so its useless - such is the 'logic' of this study

Yeah, I saw that study the other day when I was checking my email. It's ridiculous. At the end it basically says nothing but what we've always known. If you eat a healthy well balanced diet and aren't deficient in any vitamins, taking extra won't help you. And if you are deficient, they can......DUH!!!! Glad we have these scientists to help with the obvious.

Organic?

Water and whole food in the U.S. is cancer causing...The foods and water that we are offered is loaded with all sorts of cancer causing agents...Why don't they (scientist,doctors, people in the medical industry,etc.) educate U.S. citizens as to this dilemma?...

With all these contaminates in the food and water, how in the world does one expect to be getting the nutrients in such?...These contaminates impede the absorbotion of the nutrients as well as causes cancers...

Go organic for 2 months, and see what a difference it makes...Anyway, vitamins are benefical and do NOT cause cancer when properly obtained from a good source..Peace!
