Screwed shoulders.. Blamed 100% on bench press 1-3 rep max lifts. First time I blew my right shoulder on hammer strength incline press, last 2-3 inches before lockout when I torqued my body just to lockout caused the damage. That was 13 years ago, and still causes a lot of problems any time I'm feeling strong and try 405+ on flat bench...
Blew my left working construction 12hrs a day, and from flat bench.
Fukn sucks fellas, take care of your joints. And unless your power lifting stay in the 5-6+ rep range. And don't turn or torque your body around just to complete that final rep!
