I LOST 10LBS OF WATER BETWEEN THURS AND SATURDAY FOR MY LAST SHOW. SO YEAH, AFTER YOU LOSE YOUR REMAINING BODY FAT AND THEN CUT YOUR WATER...QUEEFER'S GUESS IS PRETTY CLOSE. GO TO MEMBERS PICS AND COMPARE YOUR PICS WITH THOSE OF GUYS WHO ARE IN COMPETITIONS SHAPE AND YOU'LL GET A MORE ACCURATE INDICATION OF WHAT YOU SHOULD LOOK LIKE. YOU LOOK GOOD....THIS IS NO ATTACK.
What type of contests have you done so far, if any? If it's your first, the rule of thumb is that when "you" think you are ready to step on stage, you've probably got a month of dieting left. What people usually don't understand is that there is a HUGE difference between 8%bf (being very hard) and a ripped 5%. Take a look at Homonuc.'s, Jethro',Fathead's, and even Nute's pics (his first contest and he's not even quit show ready yet), and you'll get some idea of where you need to be. I'm not trying to give you a hard time because as a teenager you look phenomenal, I just think maybe you need a reality check. Hopefully you'll appreciate this when you win the contest, "ripped to the bone"!
i did the NPC Indiana Championships in 2002, won the teenage class, placed 3rd in the lightheavyweight Novice division, and placed 4th on the Men's OPen light heavyweight division. then i did a show a bout 2 months ago and i won the teenage division there, and placed 5th overall in the Men's open, The show was the NPC Hoosier Classic here in terre haute. so yea pretty good stats for this being my second yr. bodybuilding.
