My wife being the woderfull woman she is grabbed a case of the little ready to drink Muscle Milk "lite" ready to drink shakes from Sam's Monday , Well they don't exactly fit into my calorie needs other than breakfast so I'm not planning to drink then to fast.
My 5yr old has been non stop wanting one and after reading that they were lactose free I let him have one , he loves them. So i'm wondering if these would make for a decient part of a childs breakfast or mid day snack , they are only 100 cals and they seem like they would be WAY better than most shit kids want but i thought i'd ask and see if any of you guys had heard any reviews or had any details on the fats used and such , I know that they claim that the fats and carbs used are for "peakperformance" and don't lend themeslves to storing fat.
In my mind it seems like two of these a day would be a great supplememnt to an active kids diet , my little guy is5 yrs old , and about 60lbs and is wide open from the min he wakes till we put him to bed
here is the nutritional break down off of each little can
