My Arms are Falling Asleap
My arms fall asleap whenever they are elevated in any way. Even for a short period of time. Does anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem... especially when laying down/ sleeping. I think it has to be a circulation problem... I am not as flexable (range of motion) as I used to be, and I notice it more now... as I get thicker and thicker.

I used to sleep with my arms over my head. If I try it now, they won't lay down onto the bed, they stay up in the air - WTF

It happens when I lay down with my arms above my head, but also when typeing or driving with my hand in the 12 o'clock position. I guess this is the price you pay for getting big. I have read that Pro body builders are limited on their sleeping positions, but trust me, I am NOWHERE near as big as those guys.

It has to do with the gear and bulking. When I am on heavy gear (lots of water retention) and eat tons, I wake up at night because my arms go so numb. They even go numb when I grab the bar when I squat.
It has to be the above, as now that I am natural, I don't get any circulation problems and I feel very light and athletic, but I am down to 242.

I have woke up in the middle of the night several times because my arms are a sleep. Usually, I can move the arm up and down just can't move my fingers or wrists, or control it for that matter. I have hit myself several times in the face with my own arm. Talking about feeling like a retard.
Peace

A while back..
I was gonna post the same question about going numb. I cant go to bed with out waking up several times a night with huge hunks of "dead arm" flesh to try and manipulate so I can roll over.
My brother an myself have problems with circulation, we can move our arms and make the pulse in our wrists go away. (freaks out the nurses in the ER!)
Other than that, I havent had any real probs so far. I did have that heart palpatation thing several weeks back, but that went away. I really think that was gear related.

Big Red Johnson- I have the same problem since I finished my last cycle with my arms constantly falling asleep at night, I'm hoping it goes away with time cause it's a real pain in the a$$ and generally wakes me up.
Maybe we should all go back to being small and weak and we wouldn't have such problems

Arms going numb
Be wary of your arms going numb. An MRI and an EMG test has discovered that i have a herniated disc in my neck. THis is putting pressure on the nerves where they leave the spinal cord. THis has resulted in a decrease in strength in my right arm. Surgery is in the future. An EMG test will test the nerves to see if there is damage. Your muscle growth could be causing undue pressure on the nerves. THis isn't a circulation problem. My doc prescribed Celebrex, and Prednisone. It helps me sleep at night. The lortab helps also. THese are temp fixes. Am going to have surgery when the pain gets to bad.
