My butt hurts, help

I missed my shot on monday due to circumstances out of my control! Anyway so ysterday I shoot 3cc 1/2 winny 1/2 prop in my left cheek and then had to make up for monday so I did the same it my right check! Anyway I just woke up and my ass is killing me! Its not lumpy or anything but I cannot sit down, I took some aleve and that is kinda working! I also am going to go sit in my hot tub for about an hour! Is there anything else I can do! Please help, I feel like I have a boyfreund or something

after I shoot, I jump in the shower and rub the hell outta the area, and I never get sore
