I am currently on TRT. I'm taking ALL doctor prescribed 200 mg test cyp weekly injections. 1 1/2 grain NatureThroid, 50 mg daily DHEA, and 0.5 mg Arimidex every 3 days and I have Tamoxifen in case I ever need it. My doc told me if I ever want to have a child I should consider adding HCG to the mix. Anyway, my test levels are usually in the high 900's and my estradiol is currently <32. And that's where my doc likes both levels. Sex drive and erections ARE OFF THE F'N HOOK. I've also been putting on some nice size and gaining some good strength.
Here's the thing. I have a history of head trauma due to being a former (not so good) amateur boxer. And I used to spar 2x-3x a week with superheavyweights. My doc has given me a lot of blood tests which show low IGF-1. They did an MRI of my brain and there were no tumors. However when they did a growth hormone stimulation test they discovered my pituatary wasnt making enough growth hormone and doc thinks it's due to all the head trauma. He prescribed me 1 mg of growth hormone every night. However my insurance denied it and said for me to get approved the doctor will have to call up personally and explain to them why a 30 year old 6' 270 pounder needs growth hormone.
Numerous blood tests show low IGF-1...a growth hormone stimulation test showed my pituatary wasnt making enough growth hormone...and I have a history of head trauma. WHAT MORE DO I NEED? Anybody have any experience on this sort of thing? Will I eventually get this approved?
For those who are interested, here's an interesting article on head trauma and growth hormone deficiency:

And, not to be a pain, and this is WAY off topic, but could you guys check out my revised upper/lower split:
