SHITTY lighting - i was just goofing off between sets..but i think there is some life in these legs....

i still have to be real careful when i squat becasue I have no core after 6 major surgeries (to save my life in 2005), so I keep a spotter close and f'ing give it my best..used to be that repping 6 plates was a cakewalk...

Or send me a pm. When I owned my gym I had my CSCS. But I didn't learn how to put on leg mass. You rock.

I haven't done the same leg workout two weeks in a row in years - maybe never ever. I wake Saturday morning ready to kill, watch some Tom Platz video (if the babies are cooperating)...get psyched and go to the gym. That is about the only consistent thing about my leg workouts other than the extreme amount of pain I put myself through (and pass to others as a lovely parting gift - they are on this site, they know who they are..hahahah)

Incredible legs-developed from top to bottom full and round muscle bellies.
Great video clips too, you should make a training video John.
I subscribed to your channel.
Especially impressed with the leg presses-deep and slow.
Guys don't realize how much muscle they could gain if they just slowed down the negative.
Anyone that doesn't know John, should check out his website, it's an invaluable source of information.
