Tell me what you guys think. Im about 255bls b/f around mid/high teens and im almost 6ft tall. Im more concered about health now after my recent heart scare and im only on trt and 3iu's of GH 6days per week. Goal is to drop weight to get healthier but still keep all my muscle. Not looking to be super shredded or do a show, just a healthier weight

Meal 1:
1cup raw milk, 4oz liquid egg whites,1scoop whey and 1cup oats and some blueberries
protien 50g Carbs 60g Fat 13g

Meal 2: Preworkout
1/2cup maltodextrine,2 scoops whey, 3tbsp lba's
protien 50g carbs 50g fat 3g

Meal 3: Post workout shake with 3iu's GH
waxy maize,4oz liquid egg whites,whey and glutamine and 3tbsp LBA's
protien 60g carbs 50g Fat 3g

Meal 4:
8oz lean steak or chicken and a starchy carb like pasta or potatoe or rice
Protien 60g carbs 50-60g Fat <10g

Meal 5:
8oz chicken, 2tbsp olive oil, big serving of greens
Protien 60g Carbs <10g Fat 28g

Meal 6:
2scoops whey,glutamine and 2tbsp olive oil or 2 servings macadamia nuts
Protien 55g Carbs 0 Fat 28-30g.

Whay do you add whey to your egg whites and LBA , don`t

How old are you? if you are in the 20`s I would not take any GH
 
Looks decent to me except I'd add more carbs pre and post workout if you can tolerate them and why maltodextrin pre-workout? I experimented using that and dextrose and many other pre workout carb sources and all they did was make me fatigued as hell because of the insulin release. Now I usually stick to 300 grams of whole wheat pasta or similar. Much more stable energy levels.
 
1) I would do the GH first thing after waking up to break you out of the catabolic state from fasting.
2) Next I would dump the malto pre workout and just stick with waxy maize pre/post workout
3) I would add some whole eggs in the morning.
4) Glutamine is a total waste. you will get enough from your whey. I would replace that with creatine.
I think it looks good and is similar to what I follow.
 
Im 25, and Emeric, i've actually gotten very good results from GH. Better than my results with aas, but the combo has yeilded me the best gains. My natrual GH levels were like 228 on a scale from 140-340, and on 3iu's of Gh it puts me around 400ish, so its been a big help.

I mix my whey with my egg whites and lba's so I can get in more protien. I like to get in around 50grams per meal, so I thought mixing some whey with other forms of protein would be good no?

Also most of you seem to think the malto is no good. I thought it was the best carb source pre-workout but I guess not. Maybe i'll have some more fruit and some pasta or something.
