Hey guys, ok so today is the end of the week 2 and im up form 156 to 169.5. I try to eat like a fuking pig, but still very paranoid that im not getting enough food. I drink allot of NLarge, I drink about 3-4 4scoop servings per day, together w other food.
My lifts are up, the bench is up by 20lbs and by 2-3 raps. My back work out was a KILLER, I ripped that shit apart.
My energy is so so, nothing special, I guess the test/eq didn't kick in yet, i cannot fuking wait anymore. I wonna fly too, j/k.
Im bloated like a motha, I started ari at .5 eod but i think ill lay back until the dbol is done with.

Any comments or suggestions are more then welcome.
