Need help ASAP with This new RN job....

Im leaving my old employer, been there about a year. It was a ventilator uniit (kinda shitty real sick patients). Im now in a perdicament because ive been offered two new jobs. The first is a Psychiatric ward 11p-7a 40hrs a week 20hr. Second job is a homecare for a 17yr old male on a ventilator 18.50hr. The home care may be easier than the psych but the pay is worse. Anyone with any insight??? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. BTW im getting equigen this week YEEEEEAAAAHHHH>>
