Some basica info on myself im 5'10 , 21 right now 235 at 18%(this was taken from a laser that goes through the bicep and is supposed to be accurate?) this percentage could be off b/c of water being held(sodium from eggs around 12 a day, salt etc) anyways that puts my LBM at around 190.
If i wanted to do a 50/30/20 diet with a LBM of 190 how would i figure out my caloric intake?? Im basically wanting to lose around 6% just so I can bulk and not get out of control. I workout 3x a week with the hit program but might hit it up to 4x since im dieting. I will also be doing 30min of cardio at a time maybe twice a day. Thanks MOJO RISING
If further info is needed im on 400cyp and eq a week right now, i will take a thermogenic and sytheslen(sp?).
