Need help with diet and figuring caloric intake

Some basica info on myself im 5'10 , 21 right now 235 at 18%(this was taken from a laser that goes through the bicep and is supposed to be accurate?) this percentage could be off b/c of water being held(sodium from eggs around 12 a day, salt etc) anyways that puts my LBM at around 190.

If i wanted to do a 50/30/20 diet with a LBM of 190 how would i figure out my caloric intake?? Im basically wanting to lose around 6% just so I can bulk and not get out of control. I workout 3x a week with the hit program but might hit it up to 4x since im dieting. I will also be doing 30min of cardio at a time maybe twice a day. Thanks MOJO RISING

If further info is needed im on 400cyp and eq a week right now, i will take a thermogenic and sytheslen(sp?).

Ok i read about doing 12 calories per lb and then take 90% of that total to = your calories which gave me this

2538 calories

317 protein
190 carb
57 fat

How does this look as far as numbers?

Or 317 protein
127 carb
85 fat

The first is a 50/30/20 and the second is a 50/20/30 diet let me know thanks.
