Well, today i was doing low incline db presses and I was finishing up my last set and I felt a stretching/crackling sound on the side of my pec, about 1/2" before it meets the shoulder. Well, it is a little sore but can't be a pec tear b/c I hit shoulders and tri's and skipped chest altogether. I think I will go legs and back and then take the week off next week. Maybe it just needs a break. Anyone else ever had this before? Should I take off and heal it on my own or have a PT look at it?
