Negative Failure Banned?

Negative Failure banned? Damn, that didn't take long... lol... Well, I know he started some stuff today, but he has been having some serious personal problems and could attribute his aggresiveness to pressure. He did also apoligize to the board, although some may not choose to forgive. Anyway, my thoughts are he is a really good guy, and I do consider him my friend, but like I said, he vented a little today. Maybe the mods and the people he offended could reconsider.

But seriously, read all the posts...all they were were pissing matches. Kaiser, you are a good guy and one of the contributing members here, so if you say he's good, that gives him a little more credit, but i need BigA to ok it.

seemed like he came to his senses a lil toward the end but Im sure he would stir up some more shit later...I have never a meet me in blah blah blah and lets get it on argument on this board, If I wanted that I would go elsewhere..Not all his fault on that one but all the shit he said didnt help out at all..

I ran a search, Looks like he is a friend of Phil Hernons..
I didnt realize that.

Phils a good guy so maybe this guy negative Failure is just having a bad day like he says..Goodluck to you man and Maybe BIGA will lift the Bann.

well I cant see Phil Having a friendship with someone that is Completley worthless...He must have a goodside also or more to him them weve seen here so far.. It also helps me understand how he seems to think he knows me.
Regardless Like I said the guy was in the wrong 100% in a few of the things he did here today and Im glad to see him gone. I myself have no use for him.

BBA, yeah, I deleted this post after I wrote it only because I figured it wasn't worth starting an argument with the other members. I can absolutely understand why he was banned, but my natural instinct is to stick up for a friend especially when he is having a hard time. Again, not saying he was right, just saying that he admitted he was wrong. But I'm sure others will have their own opinions. No big deal. The other fellas like Vander, I consider great guys also so it's a wash I guess...

Well, I'm new to this board but my feeling is that yes, this guy was out of line and contributed nothing and deserved to be banned. However, he did apologize and everyone deserves a second chance.
Everyone deserves a warning before being fired. Fuck up again and he has no one to blame but himself.

One rule that exists with my mods is that I never overwrite any of their decisions. He was banned, it stays that way. And I happen to agree with the decision as well. He never contributed anything in any shape or form.

I agree, Hutch. It doesn't matter. His type of behavior warranted him being banned.

Threatening, abusive language and actions directed at another board member SHOULD be a matter that is bannable on the first offense.

I believe someone mentioned you don't get fired without a warning...for that type of offense in the workplace YOU DO.
