Pull downs- pick a grip i have not used for a while,1st set 15-20 reps utill failure,2nd set 12-15 rest pause until failure,3rd set 12-15 reps dropset
Barbell rows 15-20 reps ,3 sets all to failure,3 sec negative
Seated row machine 12-15 reps,3 sets to failure...hold full one second on contraction,and i do 3-4 half reps after failure
One arm DB rows 15-20 reps first set,5 sets and i don't rest between sets just go back and forth until i do 5 sets with each arm
Lat pulldown different grip then first exercise....8-12 reps,3 sets..3 seconds on negative,2 sec on positive and i hold 1 full second on stretch and also on contraction
 
To the OP- It's probably just a slated time to ensure it is done daily in the routine more than really a timing issue.


As for this coach, I have watched a buddy of mine Aikman56 (here) on and off from afar be coached by him for two years. Nothing but positive progress.

Even as an “old guy” (45) I have continued to improve with each competitive outing.

I’m doing the 10,000 steps daily, eating over 700g carbs @ 245 lbs. and gaining lean. Really the best thing for someone my age.

He is a wealth of knowledge, super-responsive, and us a talent for solving problems that I do not see in many coaches.

I have the same results with Con,650g carbs every day even on rest days and still getting leaner. Actually i have dropped 4kg last week cause training was so intense
 
Carbs are up 150g more then from the day we start, weight has drop last week cause we really push the workouts to the limit.. now again on strenght phase,i have gained all the weight back and lean out at the same time IMG_20210930_153427.jpg
 
solid log here, does he focus and set up a full training block or just play it by ear? looks like the beginning when you posted it was lots of sets with 2 reps shy of failure then as the weeks went by failure sets started coming with a reduction of number of sets? Is that the programming is or what is the way of thinking with that method if you are able to share. Lately did he transition you to more of a bro split, im seeing single body part sessions? looking legit dude

When pharmaqo DHB is out i Will experiment with that so my cycle will be test/DHB and HGH ...i Will push DHB higher to 900-1000mg to see what it can do on it's own

If my apetite is low some meals on rest day i change carbs for fat ,2:1 ratio
Training now in strenght phase trying to push as much weight as possible in 6-8 rep range

I have droped hgh from 8-10iu to 5iu,
Still on test and i have added primo.
Blood pressure Issues we talked about are solved,all i need is ARB so now i use valsartan 160mg daily,later will change to telmisartan 80mg.
Blood pressure is 122/70 even with pre workout
