Yes he did , example i can't diggest oatmeal,bloated all day long etc also for training i can Change free weight squats with hack or leg press etc,what ever works better for me.did this coach ask you what are your food preferences and what you dislike or can’t stomach?
more just laid down a diet to you that you have to follow even if you’re nauseous ?
