Holy Sh** he looks humongous. Going to be interesting to see his next move, as stated in above post i saw his last interview where he was adamant he wasn't coming back till he was a genuine contented for the Mr O and able to win the Arnold classic i think

I was at the Muscle mayhem where these pictures were taken. He is freaking massive up close. He was in the elevator with us and I pointed his calves out to my wife. She was speechless.

I really don't admire his physique. I think he's going the wrong way. His gut was way out of control at the Arnold. It's only going to get worse if he keeps going down this road. For him, I would like to see him tighten up and play the Cedric McMillan game. If Justin come shredded and has a tiny waist like Ced, he would potentially be the next Mr. O.

Don't get me wrong. I still think this extreme look is cool, but for Justin to be successful like he's aiming to be, he needs to play it smart. One of his biggest weapons is the illusion he could potentially create with his physique. If he continues to add size, he's going to lose that effect.

Yup.....no different than any other top pro. Everyone is doing just about the same thing. Compton's diet is consistent and his training is on point. He is doing everything right. I see him being a top contender for the Olympia very soon. You guys gotta remember...he is still very young.

Man I wonder what his blood pressure is.. I hope he stays healthy. He's going to have to bring a better package at the O than at the Arnold if he is going to contend with the worlds best. Good luck to him though

Yeah i think he's just gonna look over blown. Dont think he will have the shape to contend with a Heath. He's gonna be huge though, thats for sure.

I thought Compton looked great at the Arnold this year. He packs a ton of muscle on that frame.

I think the size game Is the only game he can play... he doesn't have the lines or aesthetic of ced, Rhoden, Phil, dex ... he has to beat them in size and conditioning, just like ramy

There were things that looked great about him at the Arnold, I agree. I'm a fan of the guy, I'm just disappointed that this is the direction he feels he has to go.

He just has such an X frame that all this size is going to take that away.

I'm a huge fan of the new "mass Monster" look. But to me Justin doesn't look healthy in this pic. Not even close. I see blood pressure issues, water issues and a cardio system that's working way to hard to keep up. I hope I'm wrong. I'm a fan of Justin's and hope nothing but the best for his career and health.
