Hello all I have two mild cycles under my belt so far. I am trying to cut the fat and keep the muscle like everyone else..My question if anyone has good ideas to combat hunger..My stats are 5 foot 10 225 lbs. 16% BF. I easily gain weight but I'm trying to to cut to a solid 220. Any good tips for diet and app supressants
 
Dont get too focused on drugs...Use as little as you need to maintain what you've got. The real work comes down to developing a solid diet and sticking to it. Phil Hernon is awesome for creating these types of diets if you need help.
 
Yeah diet has always been an issue but I got a lot of good recipes from the forum here... do you think cardio should be upped to 2 times a day one upon waking and one postworkout?
 
I would either add in high intensity interval training (HIIT) or, do your cardio after your lifting to take advantage of the elevated levels of catecholamines to increase lipolysis. No need to go for more than 40 - 45 minutes at most unless you are behind in a contest prep or your diet is loose.
 
This might be a goofy question but is it possible to change the way your body metabalizes food... when I was a kid I could eat anything, but I shattered my foot on a guys hipbone and ever since then I have certain limitations and have to stick to the stationary bicycle and stairmaster..
 
Ummm, not really. You can have more complete digestion by using digestive enzymes and likewise you can have less efficient digestion by using binders or absorbtion inhibitors like alli, or orlistat.
Now hormonally speaking - the leaner you are (to a point) the more responsive your body is to hormonal signaling.
What you are referring to is metabolism - in youth most are much more active & the growth processes use large amounts of energy...
 
Okay I understand what I need to do its just a matter of actually putting forth the effort to do it... love the disclaimer btw Quad-Smack haha... another question is any benefits about DHEA, I hear a lot of mixed responses
