hey guys-
just thought that id make an intro for myself...im 5'10" and weigh in at about 240+/- ive been kinda just spectating for a while on this board but thought it was time to try and make a contribution...hehe..anyway i just got back from the gym and thought id comment on how many people go for there newyears resolution but dont acctually have a clue on how to train and they dont really feel like asking anybody its pretty sad i swear i saw atleast 4 guys trying to lift dumbells WAY too heavy for them and dropping them half way through the motion...does this bother anyone else?? anyway i just thought id say hi glad to be apart of this board
