As always (or the past several months) I like to get input from you guys about my blasts. Should be a lean bulk, clean diet year round now, no more bs. Which really I never cheated that much anyway but I've got a dream to accomplish so I've gotta kick it up several notches in the gear game. Just want some feedback on this blast and any other input you might have. Stats are 5'10 230 lbs ~12% bf. Currently recomping and leaning out nicely.
