nitric oxide for muscle growth/pump

Does nitric oxide work? Has anyone had any success with it or is it another gimmick?

Havent heard much good, except it gives good pumps. Works on the same principle as Arginine.
Maybe imporved vascularity (?).

i hear both ways. some swear by it. some say it doesn't work

one thing for sure is that it isn't cheap

arginine and taurine are cheap and will do the same thing
