Hi phil I suggested that the guy cutting use water in place of the non fat milk..He is having 4 shakes a day using 8 oz of non fat milk in ea..Doesn't non fat milk have lactose in it (milk sugar) which I thought would not be a good thing when cutting..Am I wrong here...Who said it was?

Lactose and high carbs..not a good thing for diet/cutting IMO.
By Dave Palumbo...The reason your spending your hard earned money on a WHEY ISOLATE is to avoid the LACTOSE. Using MILK in the shake, is just adding the lactose back in. Remember, lactose (which most people can't digest) is milk sugar that gets fermented in most people's intestinal tract. When that happens, you get gassy and you may get diarrhea. This will cause malabsorption of your meal. Bad Idea.Lactose AND high in carbs? Now, this is detrimental how? Please explain the lactose problem and the carb problem here.

Can you back this up? Not good for dieting? Well I happen to drink milk everyday and I am in the best shape that I have ever been in.

I love it when these "gurus" that never stepped on a stage write something in a magazine then everyone believes it. Shoot, guys that took BARE NAKED LAST in some of the shows I won are quoted on here .....this is why I deal with my clients ONLY and not give out any info on here. I do not have time to explain myself over and over and over again. I wrote out an explanation earlier in this thread that people seem to miss or not understand.
It's like wildfire, one person say something and poooof! everyone is burning to know and get the holy grail. Everyone wants to make things so complicated, I am not above anyone and have been there myself. But I have learned that it is VERY BASIC!
THIS IS WHY I USE LBAs.......I THINK I HAVE BEEN OVER THIS 1000 TIMES. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH MY ADVICE, THEN I WOULD LISTEN TO DAVE PALUMBO. REMIND ME, WHAT SHOW DID HE WIN?
