non steroid gyno question

friend of mine,not a steroid user.recently had gyno surgery.a few years ago.
called me up and said his nipples are hurtin.

so what should he do?
how do you know if prolactin or estrogen is the culprit?
what I need to know is,what should he take to combat it and how much?

hes about 40.and on 2ius of gh 5 days a week.dont know if that's relevant.

Just tell him to jump on nolva 20mgs everyday and see what happens...or tell him to get bloodwork done
