I've asked this to many people and have yet to find a resolution to my issue so hoping someone here that is good with nutrition maybee could help..
Here's my Issue... Breakfast makes me fall asleep!!! No matter wahat I eat 10 minutes after I eat my eye lids get heavey and I feel like going back to bed..
I've tried no carbs, complex carbs and protein , whey protein, mixed protein.. No Protein.. whole foods... only Protein fat only ( this helped some)....
This AM I had 6 X lrg organic eggs 3 whole 3 whites and steel cut oats 1 cup dry (b4 cooking) this is about as complex as carbs come...10 mins later I'm ready to pass out.... I have a blood sugar monitor I use on and off just to see how some foods affect my glucose and its never low or High... so its not hypo or hyper..This AM it was 94... I can't figure out whats causing the fatiuge...
Anyone have any advice that might help me..its been going on for like 5 yrs and I'm getting sick of it...
