Does anybody else besides me wish these damn cell phone companies would either get thier act together or burn in hell. I used to have sprint as my cell phone provider but thier piss poor service and problems with my phone going out if I was driving in hill country froced me to switch services. While with sprint my bill would come and it would always be 50-80.00 more than it should have been, so I would call them up and spend 2 hours on the phone (usually 1 hour and 30 minutes was spent waiting to talk to somebody) and then i would get it resolved with a " I'm sorry " from sprint. But always next months bill would be all messed up and I would have to do the same BS all over again. Well finally I had enough of sprint so I went out and got cingular wireless as my new service provider after comparing t-mobile, verizon, AT&T, and cingular.
Well I told the sales rep from cingular 3 months ago the reason why I wanted to switch, becuase of all the BS hidden fee's and BS sur charges and taxes these damn companies like to add on the rip you off even more. Well the sales lady went through her entire presentation and I amde her breakdown exactly how much everything was going to cost me each month with fee's , taxes, extra minutes etc!
Well low and belhold I get my first bill and its 130.00 when it was only supposed to be 58.00 and some change. So I call up cingular get the mess straigthened out and I think all is good. August bill comes up and it says I have to pay 84.00. Nope I call them up again and come to find out I owe 54.00. So I pay it. Now septembers bill comes up and they say i have a past due balance of 130.00. I am like WTF??
I look on my phone which has the option of allowing you to pay your bill online and it says I have a credit of $85.00 and I owe no payment at this time. BUT here is the real kicker. The bill that I had to pay the 54.00 was from July 18th - August 17. Now this bill I get for september says its being billed from August 6th - september 5th, so these dipshits at cingular are trying to charge me again even though I already payed ther 54.00 for august.
I hate these damn cell phone companies. Monday I am gonna have to waste 2 hours of my day going down to the local cingular store and finding out why I am being double charged for August, why my cell phoen says I have a credit of $85.00 and why my bill says I have a past due balance of $130.00.
This is the type of stuff that gets me aggrivated. Most people get angry when others call them names or get up in their faces, etc. I get angry and wanna duke it out with cell phone company. LOL!!
