I don't get it, what's wrong with that?
I have employed people from Mexico and Venezuela, when I spoke to them I really slowed my pace and tried to enunciate my words so that they can understand me better.
Ok then nvm. I understand your reasons I just as felt if you are currently a Sprint consumer and as a current customer everyone should be well informed :delete::delete::delete::delete::delete::delete::delete:
God thats so dumb. According to those same people we need to make things easy for minorities but at the same time pointing out the fact that a group is likely to need accommodations its 'racial profiling' or some other B.S. politically correct term.

People always say something is racist if you mention the fact that if a large portion of the population, for example, can't speak English. Like in parts of Southern California where there are a lot of Mexican immigrants who don't speak English very well. If someone from Sprint were to call an area entirely inhabited by these people without knowing about this fact the service would be hindered. Everybody is just so sensitive about race.
I like what Morgan Freeman said when asked how we get rid of racism: "Stop talking about it."
Asinine. That doesn't that help anything. As for the Sprint directives in the OP, I don't see anything wrong with it and think it's common sense. In fact, it's not racial at all. It's geographical and it's not saying to treat ayone differently.
