its funny after the health care bill passed you see all this media and adds talk about about how to live a healthier life, I think the govt realized how many people are now going to flood dr offices and hospitols....I wonder if obama is saying "ooopsy" I do some personal training on the side and if they think preaching good health is going to fix bad health habbits they are VERY mistaken! I think this is the calm before the storm...there will be more to come.

If Michelle Obama were smart, she would take this opportunity to right some of the wrongs of her husband. And preach exercise. Simply talking about nutrition is only half the problem. If you don't encourage the young kids of today to get the hell off the xbox's and PS3's and get outside and play. You're only going to put a bandaide on a much bigger problem. Hopefully this will be a big boost for the entire fitness industry.
